City of Promise is a deeply important organization in our community, dedicated to ending generational poverty by fostering a culture of achievement in the 10th & Page, Westhaven, and Starr Hill neighborhoods of Charlottesville. Because lasting change takes a great deal of time and a sustained effort, their brilliant programs for early childhood development, pathway coaching, and adult empowerment help community members create success throughout the entire course of their lives.
