Been using the pourover method of coffee brewing for years, and Chemex is the best at ensuring a perfect cup every time. I bought this as a backup, in case I accidentally break my current 3 cup carafe. Cant be too careful to be sure I have an extra brewer on hand, just in case. If you have never used Chemex, try it, and you will be a convert forever.
