Coffee Blossom Honey from Finca El Apiario

I gifted the honey to beekeeper friends. They were kind enough to share a taste. While my taste buds are temporarily dormant, the scent was flowery without being overpowering. Their review was: light tasting, very different from the local Texas wildflower and mesquite honeys. They did say, though, that most jars that size last them about a month but that the coffee honey would probably be gone in a week. It was definitely a big hit.
