This blend is divine. It is mellow yet full of flavor. The aroma puts me in a good mood. A cup in hand makes climbing the steps to my bedroom office much more pleasant. A great way to start the day. I don’t yet have the vocabulary to describe the undertones or overtones in flavors, but I know I love this blend, it makes me happy, and I am becoming a subscriber to make sure I always have a bag in my pantry!
