the acidity really comes through well, great for espresso

I decided to upgrade my bean game to go along with a fairly exotic espresso making gadget I had just acquired. The beans arrived quickly and, judging from the label, they had been roasted 2 DAYS PRIOR. They had the most gorgeous fragrance, and now they are producing delicious espresso through the gadget. Thanks, Mudhouse. Oh - and the packaging was super nice, too.

This was a new blend for me and I was not disappointed! Continue to look forward to exploring all options from Mudhouse!
