We connected with Joselyn and Gio of Criva coffee in late summer of 2020. The couple runs Criva Coffee based just down the road from us in Richmond, Virginia. In fact, Gio delivered us this harvest right from the back of his pickup truck! Criva works directly with friends and family members who produce high quality coffees in the pristine growing region of Tarrazú, Costa Rica. We are happy to offer you yet another demonstration of how a well-managed natural process can produce sweet and clean coffees that challenge our notion of what coffee can be.
