We are very proud of this Nanolot 434 and our roast of it. It is very floral and fragrant. Revelatory. Fully washed processed, these beans are dried on raised African-style drying beds and rotated frequently for even and thorough drying. The relatively flat terrain and the long days of southern exposure of the farm give our coffees a long lasting sweetness that is abundantly clear in this cup. Elegant tropical fruits, pronounced florality, and a buttery mouthfeel make this a satisfying cup all day long.
