Worka Chelchelie consists of a combination of Ethiopian heirloom varietals known locally as Kumie, Diga, and Wilsho all grown under native shade trees. Coffees are hand picked and sorted before being naturally fermented for 36-48 hours, then dried on raised beds. The resulting cup is another lovely example of why we cherish this region so much. Persistent florality, vibrant acidity, and a silky body.

Worka, Ethiopia coffee is one of the best coffees! As soon as I grind the beans I can smell the fruity undertones. The taste is even better on the palette and it has a very clean after taste. Of course, this coffee is best without sugar and no cream! :-))
