Award Winning Specialty Coffee
From Finca La Cabra, our geisha coffee farm on the slopes of the Volcan Baru in Panama. We’ve partnered with two heavyweights of the coffee world, Willem Boot, owner of the award-winning Finca La Mula and Finca Sophia farms, and Kelly Hartmann of the renowned Finca Hartmann in Santa Clara, Panama.
We are very proud of this Nanolot 434 and our roast of it. It is very floral and fragrant. Revelatory. Fully washed processed, these beans are dried on raised African-style drying beds and rotated frequently for even and thorough drying. The relatively flat terrain and the long days of southern exposure of the farm give our coffees a long lasting sweetness that is abundantly clear in this cup. Elegant tropical fruits, pronounced florality, and a buttery mouthfeel make this a satisfying cup all day long.
One 8oz bag of whole bean coffee.
The Geisha anaerobic coffee from Finca La Cabra is one of the best coffees I have ever tasted! It’s fruity and fresh with a clean and smooth finish. There was only a small batch available but I hope to be able to order more or something similar in the future. It certainly has an incredible taste.
