NEW FOOD RELEASE:
We are very excited to announce a new addition to our menu, homemade spinach and artichoke kolache. These scrumptious pastries originated in central Europe and are typically comprised of a sweet dough wrapped around fruit. Originally a sweet dessert, many have adopted them as part of their daily breakfast. This is our Kitchen and Bakery Lead Marketa Johnson's savory take on the dish.
Marketa grew up making these delicious pastries with her grandmother. Every bite is a shared experience from Marketa’s past. Using a Czech risen dough made from scratch, each is filled from a house made spinach and artichoke filling.
Best served lightly warmed, the spinach and artichoke kolache pairs wonderfully with a crisp iced tea, or an americano.
